I went to the doctor today as I started feeling poorly towards the end of the Halloween festival last night. I tested negative for H1N1 and strep and ended up with a “mystery virus” diagnosis. I’m still not convinced it’s not H1N1 since I have many of the symptoms and the test has a lot of false negatives. I’m hoping it won’t spread to the boys. Luckily MonkeyMan stayed home from work today to limit MonkeyBoy’s exposure to my germs. The doctor’s offices are no longer prescribing Tamiflu, so we’ll just have to hope that this passes quickly and I’m the only one that gets it.
